We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can plan, execute and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. Your main responsibility will be to manage content calendars, audience engagement, and campaign performance. We value people who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and collaborate seamlessly with designers, content creators and media buyers.
- Minimum 1–1.5 years of professional social media management experience
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Plan, schedule and manage social media content across platforms
- Monitor audience engagement and respond or escalate as needed
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging with campaigns
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Prepare performance reports and present findings to internal teams
- Experience with paid social campaigns and performance tracking
- Basic skills in content creation, graphics or video
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
