We operate with craft • clarity • care.
- Prospect and run outbound outreach (email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn/calls) across target ICPs: Doctors/Clinics, SMEs/Startups, Personal Brands.
- Lead discovery calls, conduct needs analysis, and prepare proposals/decks/quotes.
- Manage pipeline rigorously (lead → qualified → proposal → closed-won/lost).
- Coordinate clean handoffs and documentation with AM/Delivery teams.
- Maintain disciplined reporting on pipeline health, proposals, and conversion.
- 1–3 years B2B Sales/BD experience (agency/tech/marketing preferred).
- Strong client communication in English & Bangla.
- CRM hygiene, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn prospecting proficiency.
- Structured writing: cold emails, proposal notes, meeting summaries.
- Exposure to doctor branding/healthcare sales.
- Working knowledge of WordPress/Framer/Branding offers.
- Basics of HubSpot/ClickUp/GA4 terminology.
- Performance Expectations
- Consistent pipeline growth and qualified discovery calls.
- Clear proposals with measurable outcomes and follow-through.
- Healthy proposal-to-close conversion and excellent CRM discipline.
- Detailed KPIs and incentives will be discussed during interviews.
- Base: BDT 25,000–40,000 (experience-dependent)
- Variable: Tiered commission + performance bonuses
