Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive who can manage financial operations, maintain accurate records and support budgeting and reporting for our studio. Your primary focus will be day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and tracking payments, but we value candidates who can also provide insights to improve financial processes and collaborate with other teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–1.5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance

- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

- Experience with invoicing, payments, and financial reporting

- Strong Excel skills and basic understanding of accounting software

- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and bookkeeping

- Prepare invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable/payable

- Support budgeting and reporting for client projects and internal operations

- Collaborate with internal teams to align financial processes with business needs

- Generate basic financial reports and summaries for management

Preferred (Not mandatory)

- Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

- Familiarity with tax filings or compliance basics

- Understanding of financial KPIs and reporting for small businesses

- Ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously
